Return Fees (Customer Remorse): Customer pays the actual cost of return shipping for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind.
Return Fees (Defective Items): Free — we cover 100% of return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge restocking fees.

2. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 3 — Pack and Ship the Item

Once approved, place the item in its original retail packaging. Print your confirmation email and include it inside the box. Ship the package using your preferred mail carrier.

Step 4 — Inspection and Refund (Within 5–7 Days)

After your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
